Is there an easy way for my smart tv (LG55C7) to access my Silenzio via Wi-Fi? I am using an EERO mesh Wi-Fi, so whole house coverage is good. A direct HDMI connection would be a 100 foot run with many difficulties.
For the curious, I have several thousand photos on the NAS, which I can access via Silenzio. ![]() |

Yes. Jriver can act as a dlna server to your tv. From your tv go to the built in photo viewer and hunt down the silenzio.

Unfortunately, while the TV spots both Sonos devices, it does not “see” the Silenzio. Does the fact that the Silenzio is connected to the router via Ethernet matter to the analysis? I would think not. Of course, the Silenzio accesses the NAS without problems using the same set up.

Might have a lead here. It turns out the Silenzio is timing out when I try to access it wirelessly, via JRiver app on phone. It plays music perfectly fine on the wired side. When it asks for updated DNLA ports it receives the two originals, which don’t work. I have changed routers since the install. Maybe that caused the issue?

You are the man! No rush either. I use it with a monitor and keyboard most of the time anyway, which works great.
