Any statement which can help me decide because Australia not as big market for high end audio and loose too much money on selling so I want to make the right decision once.
I am scared to handle bryston quirks but at the same time I am more 2 ch listener for which I believe it's better than Krell 1200u and foundation.
Please advise.

It's a terrific preamp and HT processor.

Life is not that simple .
I called retailer one of the biggest in Sydney and asked about his advice and price of Krell processor 1200u.
His answer was ,I am not sure even if this is available in Australia and then he goes to his computer saying he has never seen this and it cost 20,000AUD.Interestingly it is advertised around 17,000AUD on their website.
Then I called retailer in Melbourne ,only one and the guy I talked to said I don't know much about Krell 1200u processor and will get the store manager for me.Unfortunately he could not find the store manager.
Told you guys life is not simple!
Now another tricky turn is bryston sp3 prices come down and I can get it around 10,000AUD.
I feel like calling Bill Keagan ,May be its a small market !

Once again it's a no-brainer. As much as I love the Krell, at that crazy price differential, I would get the SP3. Just make sure you have a dealer nearby who can set it up for you. Both units are superb. Just get one and start listening to music. Stop agonizing, just make a decision and you will be happy either way you go.
