The hours I put in on the power cord were just the number of hours that we used our system over a period of weeks/months. I can understand though that for tubed components, there would be concern for wearing things out.

I just obtained a KSA100 and I don't think the power chord is original. Anyone have a photo of what it should look like?

I guess I am answering my own question about a KSA100 power chord. Contacted Krell, who have been VERY helpful, said the KSA100 was supplied with 15A Belden cord. I have ordered a good power cord for it. Paul

Im using Cardas Clear Beyond, for my phantom preamp and 402e poweramp. Very happy with these powercords.

Cables are very subjective, everyone has their personal best. The Cable Company has a lending program you may want to look into. It is a good way to hear different cables in your system.

That said I personally use Synergistic Research Tesla Apex on my Krell EVO 400's
