Default correct upgrade path???

There are several different places new Shunyata power products can added to a system: new power cords for amps, new conditioner, new cord for the conditioner, new cords for the line level gear.
Is there a certain order to do upgrades which will maximize a positive, accretive result given how interactive changes can be?

My vote is spend money on best conditioner and power chord for conditioner first as all the equipment plugged into it will benefit. If you decide to plug your amps directly into wall, then spend money on PCs for amp(s). Finally spend money on PCs for source(s) and pre.
