Default Dennis Had should be tapped for this......

Cant wait for the 300b to start production next month!

If you look at the amplifiers they offer, they look rather unimpressive. Would be great if Dennis could design a new 142!for them! Hand wired etc.....

Here’s an original.

Seems like Dennis would be the “go to” guy for this type of thing.

$6,195 for a CD player? Don't get too revved up until you find out who is behind this operation. The amps are 80wpc with 8 300B's in each monoblock. $60K a pair.

That was what I was thinking. They could do better with the Western Electric name.

Charles Whitener was behind the WE 300B's years ago and is involved here as CEO.

I had Cary 300SE monoblocks in the early 90's. They came with Cetron tubes. One had a piece of glass in it. I was a tube newbie and freaked. I called Cary and Dennis answered the phone. He said it was no big deal and sometimes happens when a tube is made. He offered to send me another tube but I declined.

The WE 300B's had been announced but they were not in production when I had the Cary amps. I actually preferred TJ Full Music 300B's over the WE's. So did many others.

Which 300B's are you using in your 300SEI?

The WE 300B's will be $1499 a pair. I had a pair of the then currently manufactured WE300B's years ago and in my amp I preferred the TJ Full Music 300B. I have never heard the original/NOS version.

their exponential uncharging for 'matching' seems like a rip-off to me.

Everything is rediculous now.

From vinyl to amps to tubes to wires.

Everything doubles every eight to Twelve years.

What are you gonna do.
