I am looking forward to your comments on the product. The PPP's seem to do what they are supposed to on my amps and the APC S15 does what it is supposed to on my sources (provide battery backup with a power outage, immediately goes to battery power if the power drop below 117V). So if you have a unit that does both that is pretty good. I don't think I will be going out to buy three of them to replace what I have.
A few years ago my wife came pounding on the door of my 2-channel room. "The power is out" . I was not aware because at that time I had my 402 and C-200 along with my Cary 303-300 all plugged into the S15. I would have run that way up to about 90 minutes.

I'm looking forward to your findings Serge...I'm on the waiting list for a demo @ home of the 2000i model.
I'm a little worried about fan noise though, since the fans are always running. The PurePower units use pretty standard inverter tech and are very efficient...you will have to replace the battery pack every 5 odd years or so.

was there ever a resolution on what is best here in terms of Power Regenerators ? I own the PPP. The correct continuous wattage output is 900 watts, not 1500. This has been confirmed with Paul at PS Audio...My inquiry in his forum. The PurePower 2000 appears to be a better value and much more subtantial in terms of continuous output wattage (1400). The PPP is no longer available and the models that replaced it are considerably more expensive. Thinking about getting the PurePower 2000 for my primary ac regeneration and perhaps sell the PPP. Thoughts ?

I love my Furmans & i wouldn't trade them for any other conditioner. No noise and never a problem. The way it should be.
