Jim, Before watching this series I had never realized the intense competition that existed between John D. Rockefeller, Cornelius Vanderbilt, Andrew Carnegie, and J.P. Morgan. The series presents a lot of insight into the minds and character traits of these industrial giants as well as presenting the stories of their rise to great wealth and power. Also, insight into how Henry Ford establishes the new, modern model for American industrialists and business. Thanks for making me aware of this excellent History Channel series.

Roger

Good show have not watched all of what they have on Netflix or Roku History channel but I will get around to it .

The Rockefeller, Vanderbilt, Carnegie, things and Edison epsisodes were interesting .

OTOH there are some that say they aren't historically acurrate I have not read this link below in it's entirety so no opinion about that discussion FWIW here is the link .

http://historyhalf.com/the-men-who-b...than-accurate/

OTOH IMO if the alleged inaccuracys are true ......they are still good fun to watch anyway .
