Now my ARC ref 10 passed 100h and I can not say I hear any major difference with how it performed at 50h. However a slight difference, I have heard and that is that it does not become less able to deliver really good

No one who has experience with a similar combo that I have? If I'm the only one in the world so I would be surprised, all people are welling in and read the AA community or?

My Ref 10 had 2-3 different phases that first one 50-100 which the performance started to shine then probably 200-300 hours which tonal balance worsened, then 400+ I get no difference (currently at 500) and it improved at its current best. Another Ref 10 which I tested well, before buying my unit, has even improved after 600 hours as most dramatic change was 3-d soundstage. I wait if my Ref 10 improves after 600 hours as ARC recommends. Your experience may vary of course.

Oops, I've forgotten to thank everyone for the positive of reviews earlier in the thread, sorry for that.
Thank you all!

Today, a strange thing happened and it was perceived as positive.

Sat and listened through Aurendern and did a little playlist with some mixed songs for what I thought I knew of . But after a few songs I was tired of it being played , do not even know if I listened , I changed the direction of the music selection to sparse music that was better suited to my mood.

Now for the strange thing - it was so damn quiet in any way? Carbon black ? Quiet ? I do not know what was happening ? Now I had to rowing on the playlist to listen to my reference songs, yes they sounded better too. I was alone so I did the test on HIGH volume too, so high that I thought the air would end. You should have seen my feet when they went all over the floor and the body that made a couple of old seventy - eighty 's moves.

But what was it that happened? Checked the hour hand in Ref 10'an and it stood at 115h , I've read that things can happen at just about that number ? Or is it the power that was favorable at this particular time? Or maybe the placebo effect? I do not care which 'cause I'm so happy to have experienced this music time with my favorite records .

If you still have the same feeling, I would bet it is Ref 10

I have this feeling you'll love them.. Congrats!
What were you using before? Do you plug everything in?
Waiting for my second P10 plus some aftermarket fuses.
Once you have the latest FirmWare, set to MW6 then start playing/tuning the voltage out - usually few volts above recommended yields better result - better control, more relaxed.
*Tell us about the changes it made in your system..

I have not had any kind of power cleaner in my system before, but have tested a couple of long ago. I have my preamp, cd and dac plugged in P10'a which in turn is connected by a dedicated line, as well as my mono's.

Interesting inputs for testing, thanks!
I will certainly share my impressions when I feel I have listened me properly on any differences.
