Esoteric K-05 is out...

Looks like the Esoteric K-05 is out. This is a replacement for the X-05, only it now has 3 digital inputs to allow it to serve as an outboard DAC as well which the X-05 did not have, and the latest in the line of Esoteric CD/SACD players with digital inputs like the K-01 and the K-03. I believe the MSRP in the US is $8,300.
