Default Cable upgrade

Upgraded my speaker and interconnects in the weekend.
Went to Nordost Leif speaker cable for my Focal Diablos, Nordost Red Dawn for my subwoofers and Nordost Leif interconnects.
The cables came burned in by my dealer and sound great right away.
This is a significant improvement, much bigger soundstage and an overall increase in clarity.
I always was a bit sceptical of cable upgrades but this is a noticeable improvement.

Sorry had a brain lapse I upgraded from the Leif cables to Nordost Frey 2 so it's Frey 2 on my Focal Diablos and Frey 2 interconnects + Red Dawn for my subwoofers

Frey 2 is awesome on my Thiel 3.7. Took awhile to burn in as they were ordered from Music Direct.

Happy for your choice, congratulations. I have a mix of Heimdal2, Frey2 and Tyr2 cables in my system. Sounds good ;-)

I take your a bit sceptical on cable upgrades? Perhaps you should try some and maybe some of your scepticism would change. There are lots of dealers that allow home demos.
Regardless I don't see many negative comments on this forum and that is one of the things that make it great.

Be glad you can't hear a difference and don't belittle those who can. You think we WANT to spend thousands on this stuff?!

but speaker cable would fit perfectly for the video.

The power of the mind...

I love audio and expensive equipment and I'm very new to this...
But there no way i would ever fall for the expensive wire trap... Its the only thing in this community i disagree with. ( btw this has been proven over and over again but countless A/b testing) the conclusions are all the same, there are difference but an expensive speaker cable isn't better than a cheap one
