What a fabulous photo! You really captured the light, like only a black and white photo can.

.... Quite breathtaking.... and rather artistic... doing it in black and white... kinda emphasizes the raw power that exists...

I wholeheartedly disagree with that proverb, but that's just me. Jax is a very talented photographer, and my suggestions (and they are just that, suggestions) to him were just going to be very small detail recommendations.
