New McIntosh Setup
Hello all,
New owner here of the following McIntosh equipment: MAC7200 MPC500 I was planning on running a USB cable from my PC to rack where above items are located. However, the run is a bit long for that (I'd need around a 25' USB cable). Doing some research, it looks like the next best option would be to purchase a USB to SPDIF adaptor, and do the same run using either digital coax or optical. I was looking at the following: http://www.audiophilleo.com/Audiophilleo1 https://darko.audio/2017/07/schiit-a...dif-converter/ Does anybody have recommendations aside from the above adaptor? Also, any experience/preference if using coax or optical has better sound? Thanks for any input! Last edited by link23; 09-25-2021 at 12:01 PM. |
