No idea. I don't think anyone can meaningfully comment on two DACs they haven't heard side-by-side playing the same content in the same system in the room on the same day, time and conditions (temp and barometric pressure). The only way to know is to set up a properly controlled experiment, with one DAC serving as the "datum".

My suggestion is, in this price range, to give serious consideration to the LampiZator Baltic 3. It performs WAY above it's price point. Ask Doug (dkorbal).

I’ve got a Holo Audio May KTE Edition DAC that I’m really happy with. To the extent it makes a difference (and it does), I’m feeding it from the various sources with a Shunyata Sigma USB, Wireworld Platinum Eclipse USB for I2S (plus an HDMI tail) and Wireworld Gold Eclipse AES-EBU.
