True a lot of the time, but if it needs many refinements, the product should be discontinued or at least have its model number updated. Maybe the best example is the McIntosh MC275-Mk V. The MC275 has been modernized AND discontinued (back in the day).

I know Eveanna well--she's great and a big supporter of keeping jobs here in the States and always working on R&D. Most of my studio compatriots love their Manley equipment, which is extremely reliable.

Significant refinements in Manley's Magnetics department have greatly improved the performance of their transformers. All design and manufacture is in-house and rightly secretive. The manufacture of Manley is of the highest order. I'm a great fan.
EvaAnna has just returned from (her return to) Vietnam motorbiking in the real country, off-road along goat-tracks, how cool is that!
