Not sure which is older, but my dad's first system when I was a toddler:

AR XA turntable w/ Shure V15 Type 2
AR 2 speakers
Dyna PAS-2 preamp
Dyna Stereo 70 amp

They all still work perfectly.

Bob, this is my dad's XA, I refurbished it a couple of years ago and made a new curly maple base for it. It's not exactly reference, but I still enjoy listening to it.

1971 Pioneer SX-1010 and a pair of HPM 100's. Play it most everyday.

Oldest still used is a Tandberg 3001 FM tuner, which is >30 years old.

I also have a couple of Nakamichi cassette decks. The LX-5, which still works fine, and a 700ZXL which needs some work.

I have a 1971 (or is it a 1972) Thorens TD-160 Belt-Drive Turntable.

Bought it three years ago off of eBay.

I have since had it restored, and modified (got it repaired and restored, and then got a polished platter, and had a Jelco SA-750D arm installed on it).

Contemplating getting a custom plinth made for it now. But now, I'm enjoying it in its current state. Being used with a Sumiko Blue Point Special EVO III Phono Cartridge.

Otherwise, my KEF Reference 102 Speaker System (with KUBE) is 27 Years Old (bought them brand new in 1988, and are still using them. Currently driven by an Adcom GFA-545 MkII Power Amplifier (which is not that old..... amp was made in the early 1990's I believe)).

I grew up with multiple HiFi systems in the house. My dad's main system included:
  • AR3 speakers
  • Dynaco Stereo 70 amp
  • Dynaco PAS 3 Preamp
  • Dynaco FM 3 Tuner
  • Tandberg Series 12 (?) reel-to-reel
  • Rek-O-Kut Turntable
  • Grado tonearm
However, he always maintained that his Heathkit W5-M amp was the best he'd ever heard, with a flat frequency response out to 100kHz (he measured it), and that his biggest regret was only buying a single W5-M (which powered an upstairs mono system). In 1983, when I purchased my first system after college, I duplicated the Dynaco rig (used), purchased new B&W DM-17 Limited speakers (which I still own), a Technics turntable with a Shure V15 Type V (?) cartridge, and then moved on almost immediately to Hafler kit components. I still use the Hafler components in a rig in the basement with Klipsch Heresy speakers to play drums to. In 1991, for dad's 60th birthday, I bought my parents an ADCOM GCD-575 CD player... which prompted them to upgrade their entire system.

It is either my Thorens TD-160 or my Pioneer PL-50. Both are from around the same time but I don't know the date of manufacture of either.
