i would keep the e380 over what you listed above in a heart beat. if you have $7k to spend on an upgrade trade your existing speakers along with the $7k and get a nicer speaker

Not much out there that equals Accuphase........ the epitome of quality and understated elegance.

Thank you and great advice. I was surprised the minute I plugged my e380 in. Love accuphase.

I had the 804s and enjoyed my time with them.

Then I switched to Sonus Faber, and my listening experience increased profoundly.

Maybe consider trying some new speakers. Perhaps a different type of speaker.

I tried Sonus Faber Cremona Auditors and fell in low with the presentation of a well-setup bookshelf speaker.

Experiment, and have fun! That's what matters the most!

@McMan...Thank you, I have the new E4000 coming in about a week. I'm going to give my speakers a couple more years while I save some funds. I still love my light cherry B&W 804S for now and they are in excellent shape.
