Specs are great for discussions. Driving skills far outweigh the differences.
Having said that, the new wing is impressive. |

Nice article ...these days it’s about front spoilers, flicks, rear wings, rear diffusers, under body panels and air intakes to name a few

I miss the old days when I could take the 2-3 hour drive to the F1 race track in Sepang. The track was well designed and had huge run offs so you always felt safe.
These days, the cops in my country are always using speeding as a excuse for revenue generation. They don't even bother to hide that fact any more. Zero tolerance on a 60km/h zone so 1km/h over and you are booked. I went to a Porsche Advanced Driving course and that track was just not in the same league. Luckily it wasn't my own car Recently I have gotten a spanking new top of the line computer, an HP Reverb G2 VR headset and some Fanatec force feedback steering wheel system. They have replica 911 GT3 steering wheels and have recently collaborated with BMW M to have the SAME steering wheel that will be used on the new M4 GT3 work on both the real car and their new direct drive wheel base. I just have the older 918 RSR one. But in VR, it feels really immersive driving the 991.2 GT3 RS on the Nordschleife. I just need to add some motion simulators and I think I can finally get that safe outlet. Been experimenting with some mods for a game that allows me to drive the LA County roads... that look like they are out of a movie set. And that Singer 911 .. 🤤 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aZbrJEuSBdc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KqkIpm3Wcds

Absolutely, about the improving the nut (no offense intended) behind the wheel! I was humbled and now much more confident driving my 996 GT3 bought new which had a crappy differential for track driving from the factory. A Guard differential fixed it. So much fun breaking into and driving out of corners now. No drama, total throttle induced steering and no electronics interfering except ABS. Purest GT3 there will ever be. A change from the 3:44:1 to a cup car 4:1 overall helps as does 900 lbs/in springs and JRZ shocks. No longer fun on the street though! Shifts from 2 to 4 very common.
