Did you go with the black or the red walnut? I went with the walnut and they are certainly beautiful. Oh they sound pretty darn good also. I had a set of Iso Acoustic GAIA feet that I put on them FWIW.

I went with black. Can't wait, should be here Friday. Unfortunately, before my MA9000!

Thanks, glad to "hear" so to speak. They arrived yesterday, still in their boxes as I am waiting on the MA9000 and MEN220 (should be here next week). Just pulled the trigger on a slightly used MT-5 as well. This Mc stuff is worse than crack!

I have the MT-2 and found a new cartridge that was for the MT-10 and changed them out. There is nothing wrong with the provided cart but I like the improvement overall.

Thanks. The MT-5 I have coming has a recently installed Dynavector DV-20X2 Low MC Cartridge, guessing this will also be a step up from the stock cartridge. Not a huge vinyl guy, but figured I would jump on this while it was available.
