I have been very impressed with the G1! I don't think I understood the phrase "fast base" from a sub, until now. The G1 melds flawlessly with Futuras and I set the crossover at 25Hz. All I can say is WOW!! It helps pressurize the room, thus providing additional weight and impact to the music. I want to be CLEAR, the Futuras were not lacking in this area but the G1 does provide support in the low bass region. I was not sold on using a sub, but now I would not have it any other way...... THANKS!!!

I have one question to other G1 owners.... When I power up the G1 it makes a sound (almost like a whine?) Does anyone else hear this? Thanks for your input!

When I owned my G1 I liked having the ability to use the remote and the subs display to adjust crossover point, volume and phase from my seating position.

You should be very happy with your choice of subs.
