Default Going from TIDAL to local storage playback

HI,
Wondering is anyone else has this issue:
Since upgrading my BDP-2 to S2.24 2016 02 08 I have the following happening very consistently:
- Use Mpad to play my content
- Switch to TIDAL playback
- After TIDAL, when I try to go back and play my content either with Mpad/Bryston web browser I cannot get any of my content to play. Tried clearing all songs, exit out of TIDAL etc. Nothing seems to work. If I go back to TIDAL, it will play their content.
- At this point, I need to power reset the BDP and then I can play my content again.

Prior to the upgrade I could go back and forth all the time.

Thanks!

Not sure if I fixed the problem by re-running the SW update, but it's working fine now.

@ James
My brother has brought me a used Bryston BDP-2 from his trip in the US, where the AC voltage, as you know, is 120V. Now the unit is in Denmark where the AC voltage is 240V
When examine the power circuits, it seems as the Bryston BDP-2 accepts AC voltage in the range from 100V to 240V. So can I plug in the danish AC 240V as long as I replace the two 5x20mm glass fuses to 315mA....??

My BDP-2 has the following serial number: BDP2-000238 Rev: 889

Hi

I know there is more too it than that as I believe some resistors have to change - please email Mike at Bryston

mpickett@bryston.com

Also you may have an issue getting safety clearances in Denmark with a 120 volt version being modified.

Thanks for your fast reply.
I've been in contact with the Danish Bryston distributor, and they will perform the necessary modifications, so that the unit can run on 240V AC.
They will do the modifications for about $120 + freight which is OK.
But thanks for your help - Regards Lars / Denmark

I use a BDP2-BDA2 combo and i like them a lot. I have a question about the number of USB busses in the BDP-2. Is all USB ports on one USB bus? Or when there are more than one USB bus, are they put in series?
Regards, Gerard
