That is what I was thinking. Right now I have my mains driven by Bryston 14B SST and centre by 6B SST. Although I have set the volumes equal for all three, the centre still doesn't keep up with the mains.

I'm looking to upgrade LCR and was thinking to have to upgrade the amps to be the same amp(s) for all three.

Default Anyone using 28B for center speaker?

You just need a 7B to match the 14B. You could also sell the 14B and get 3x 7B2. Those speakers do not need more than 600W!

I'm thinking of changing my front amps and front speakers. Not considering this for my current speakers.
