The rack holds about 600 records or so. The legs on the front are adjustable. So, I filled the upper three cabinets to the brim with albums and pulled them all out at the same time. The rack didn’t tip.
The rack has 5 legs - 4 on the sides and one in the middle. I have adjustable legs on the front. So making them a little higher actually helps the rack keeps its balance under a heavy draw pull out session. Under normal circumstances I’ll never have 3 drawers open at once. And this thing is solid - it doesn’t rock back and forth at all. It came with tie down straps for an earthquake. But I’m not using them. |
