Dead Horse is a State Park next to Canyonlands National Park in Utah.
Horseshoe Bend is in Page, Arizona.

We were soaked after hiking under the falls that day!
You can see how muddy the trail was to the right.

Glacier Bay - Iceland

Black sand beach with massive chucks of ice reflecting in the morning sunshine.
No where else but Eastern Iceland!!

Both pics were a bitch to take -
You always had to keep one eye on the approaching surf rushing in, and not get trapped between huge chunks of ice blocking your escape route!
Our guide was laying in the sand trying to take a low angle shot when he got hit by a big wave......
It swamped his $3500 Nikon body and ruined it!

We very much enjoy sipping a cold one (or two or ......) while relaxing for a few hours in the Blue Lagoon. Too bad they don't have a dependable "schedule" for the northern lights.
