Post your Picture Disk- LP's
I came a across a picture disk yesterday from 1978. It says it is a limited edition on the back which is kind of funny since mine is 51699 of 100000
 I never owned a picture disk so I bought it. It is the album Heart- Magazine. I also picked up a brand new copy of Heart-Dreamboat Annie on 180 gm vinyl. I have to say the new LP sounds much better. When I look at the picture disk I do not see any major marks or scratches, I am sure it needs a spin in the cleaner as it is after all 33 years old. I seem to remember having a "Rocky Horror Picture Show" picture disc, but that was many moons ago, and long gone now.

David, you are correct. Typically, picture discs sound worse when compared to their standard pressing. To me, they are simply collectables with a cool picture and hold no interest to me.
