Open Carry?
My state allows for "Open Carry" without a licence except in the city of Philadelphia where a CCW is required and no open carry in vehicles without a CCW.
I personally do not get in the habit of openly carrying a firearm in plain sight although the law makes it so simple, holster it and go!  Although the argument can be made on both sides, I feel the drawbacks of open carry such as possible "targeting" by a criminal who sees your gun and wants it, unnecessary attention from the public who are often intimidated by such display of a "weapon", as well as the law enforcement itself who believe it or not are not always familiar with all the laws!!! There are law enforcement agents who have actually voiced their disapproval of "open carry" and like to make life difficult any chance they get for those who carry firearms openly...  How about you?
