This may be a dumb question but does that chart indicate 3.2 amps per XA160.5? Assuming that is what a/ch means...

Hi Ronald,
I think the XA160.5 are more than enough for my TADs and slightly more neutral. The XA100.5 are no slouches and are superb. They are slightly more tube-like, but I'll be using a tube preamp and I need the balance. A preamp like the XP30 is the perfect complement to the XA100.5's, in my experience. The Xs150 are just too expensive right now. You are in for a treat my friend. |
