I almost did, but ended up playing Joni Mitchell @ Dire Straits last time. Ladies of the Canyon and Love Over Gold, for the record....
Please let me know. My Cisco version sounds great, better than all of the Steely Dan records I have.

Thank-you.

AM123- Happy to share, though I find it hard to get in to evaluation mode. NOLG4EVR- Kind of all over the place. I dusted off a Nautilus pressing of The Police: Zenyatta the other night. Lately- Lowell George's solo record, The Dead: American Beauty, Elliott Smith: Either/Or. I also like Eva Cassidy, and have nice pressing of Songbird. I love The Doors too. I luckily got to see Ray and Robby play back in 2010 or 2011. The lead singer was no Morrison, but had a healthy pair of lungs. I don't wish to be older than 47, but boy would I have loved to see some of these bands play. Oops- Can't forget David Crosby: If I could only remember my name. Cheers -Don

If you are comparing old Aja pressings, note that the jacket designation AA may still include a record with 'AB' in the deadwax- the 'B' may be scratched out, but I gather those still used the same metal parts as the earlier pressing.

Had a chance to listen to the AA pressing vs the Cisco?

In Toronto I frequent Sonic Boom and Kops Records. Both are good for both new and used.

Sonic Boom is great, my go to place. I also really like Sunrise Records on Yonge street, upstairs for used and down for new. Found some AMAZING finds there, like the Nicks Buckingham record the other night. Right now listening to a great pressing of Cargo from Men at Work.

My all time favourite (Canadian spelling!) place was Criminal Records on Queen St. Sadly it closed, those guy were the nicest guys ever.

Are you in Toronto?

I will be soon (-: . No, I'm actually in Saratoga County, Upstate NY. I am 3 hrs North of Manhatten, and 3.5 South of Montreal. In Montreal, I like Aux33 Tours on Mont Royal St. Toronto is a haul from Saratoga, about 6 Hrs. Strangely, Amtrak takes 9 hrs to get there. No doubt with 20 record shops, it's on my radar. Thanks very much for the tips.

When you are in Toronto email me. I will be happy to take you around to some good record stores.
