Ok, fair enough. I looked in my area today for a 2010 camaro. I found 29, and they came with various options. All a guy needs to do is walk into a dealer, with a wad of cash in his pocket or a check in hand, and purchase a camaro. If the dealer doesn't have a camaro on the lot, they will locate one, have it shipped to their lot, and the car can be had within a week.

It is all math. Ford sold about 180,000 F-150s in the first six months of 2009. That means they sell about 1500 per day. (Selling day not calendar) So if they have less than 30 days which would be great for any vehicle they still have 45,000 to choose from. Now if gas went to $4.00 a gallon again and daily rate goes down, that 30 days could become 100 in no time and you will have assembly lines shutting down.
