I'm trying a very unusual gin today.Its called Ungava.......it's a premium Canadian Gin that has a mix of some very diff ingredients ....1-Juniper, but not just any juniper ...it has Nordic Juniper 2-Wild Rose Hips(can you say Hendricks anyone?) 3- Cloudberry(native to the Arctic Tundra) 4-Crowberry(usually found in cold climates and is a fruit that is vital in the Inuit&Sami diet) 5-.....Lo and behold the strangest ingredient in a Gin.....Arctic Blend Labrador Tea......maybe it is this ingredient that gives it a very mellowing yellow colour.......I am going to have a shot and make a Gin&Tonic out of it.......More to follow

When i have a good Gin i always choose Roxor Gin.Its made right here in Texas.
