Here is my panerai. I like this more than a Daytona however yours with the meteorite dial is great looking and rare.

I'm a pocket watch guy...have some old Tiffany watches that have been in my family for generations, but my daily pocket watch is the very tough 20 year old Swiss Army Pocket Watch.

I've always liked the McQueen TAGHeuer Chronograph and the very sharp Grand Carrera Calibre 36 Chronograph, but I prefer my wrists and hands free of jewelry.

I don't have anything like the ones spoken of here. I wear a Baume & Mercier Capeland. Nice, but not "too nice". Wear it everywhere!

Funny watch story:

I once went with my son to the Mercedes dealer. I was working around the house & looked like hell. Torn jeans w/ paint on them, old t-shirt, needed a shave, forgot my wallet, no license; but I was wearing one of my Jacob watches.

At first they didn't know what to make of me, homeless man, thief or serious buyer. Had to sit down with the GM & play hardball on a SL Convertible.

The GM looks down at my watch & says to the nerd "write the deal"
