Maybe they could start off with some demo gear to test out, you know, to get more familiar with some product.

Amen! You are preaching to the choir. If they do provide any pdf info on the English website, it's in German. Go figure. What's even more funny is I had to go to the Italian website to get English pdfs.

Tommy,

I know what I am about to say will make some happy and some sad. I find things to like about every piece of gear I've owned and still own. If I had to pick one "brand" it would HAVE to be Burmester. There I've said it. Tubes do some things better. But for overall long term satisfaction, Burmester is it.
