The Emotiva UMC 200 - $539.

I have the older model UMC 1 and it suits my TV / home theater needs just fine.

JWJW and pkelly---BINGO. The Emotiva UMC 200 does the trick. It does what I want very well for now and has room for me to get amps later if I decide to go that route!
