Question A watch for Mom

After my Dad passed away I have been thinking about a gift for my mother who took such great care of my Dad the last few years. It would have been their 50th in October so I was thinking of commemorating that with a watch. My mom is pretty conservative and likes smaller ladies watches and she must have a leather band . I have looked at a Piaget but was looking for a little advise ... She is 75 and like small simple designs ie no chronos or diving type watches any imput would be appreciated !

I don't know anything about watches but I'm touched by your love and gratitude for your mother. She sounds like an amazing woman. Good luck with your gift!

Not sure what price range you're looking in but Vacheron has some beautiful simple and elegant watches. http://www.vacheron-constantin.com/e...000R-9849.html

Maybe a vintage Omega? Try to get a 1965 model.

i believe I know how you feel. My mom stayed by my father's side when he died of cancer. I always preferred omega. I have my father's 1954 Omega. I am also touched by this.

Dave.......In the vicinity of $25K.

No leather band so it won't be right.
