TAS Reviews the K-01 and D-07X DAC

In next February's issue of TAS I was please to find a review of Esoteric's K-01 and the D-07x DAC. It really sums it up of how good the Esoteric's players really are. Its also contains references back to the K-03 review. Its a good read and the online version came out today.

Yes very impressive reviews. I did find it humorous that the reviewer picked the Bryston BDA-1 made in 2008 to compare the D-07X to. I would sure hope D-07X would be better. I still really like my Bryston BDA-1 and will keep it around a while longer.

I just got the online version today. I'm glad to see the review but I would have liked to see more detail about the K-01. I found the review heavy on superlatives, as it should be, but a bit weak on description. He missed out on the fact that the power supplies in the K-01 are double those of the K-03.
