Once again Caelin has provided solid, honest advice. After acquiring new Linn components I sent a pm to Caelin asking for his advice on replacing power cords. I had an old Taipan Helix digital PC with which I had to use an adapter to fit into the limited space on the Klimax DSM, and had a Ztron Viper on the power amp. I was looking at Z-PC10s for both components, but Caelin, while recommending the Z for the preamp, told me I should just stick with the Viper I already had on the power amp. My new Z-PC10 is now installed on the DSM and is a definite improvement. My system sounds great and I only had to buy one cord instead of two. Thanks Caelin.
