Jerome: Your wife has an excelent idea. Take it from me, it works. While working-out I can listen to music, watch TV, and run model trains all at the same time. Sometimes I think I'm in heaven.

In spite of working-out I'm a little more rotund, I can accept that at age 60

Yes, endorphines from both exercising and listening to music are probably cumulative : I had a wonderful afternoon at work yesterday !
