Default Exercise while listening....

As my income grew up, I have been able to afford a pretty nice sound system.
But I work harder than a few years before.
Free time is not without limits.
So I listen a lot to music and I move less.
Well, to talk briefly, I'm getting fat !
My wife told me : you should exercise while reading and listening to music / watching movies... : look what she bought : a Technogym Reclyne Forma bicycle. I'm on it since 2 hours now. Both exercing AND relaxing, listening to music. This machine is extremely quiet and comfortable.
The room does not look as nice now, but I should look nicer on the beach this summer !
Do you guys make exercise while listening ?

Cheers
Jerome

Think of all those audio waves reflecting off that bike! You'll have to run the MEN220 room perfect again.

Not to mention that the bike doesn't have a McIntosh remote built in!

Jérôme.......Yes, I exercise while I am listening to music. With the remote I do thumb movements. Volume Up, Volume Down, Next Track. It's wearing me out just thnking about it.

Good for you Jerome, I hope you keep at it. I have a gym in the house but it does not have a good stereo as in my 2 channel listening room. I like switching from using the precor eliptical to the exercise bike to break up the boredom.
