Default Anyone notice doubles in your Control Mac or PC library

I notice when I access my sooloos from my Mac or PC, there are doubles of everything. Anything I'm doing wrong?

thanks!

I don't have a SooLoos but when I first set-up my SonoS and indexed my music I showed dups from both my laptop and MS-300 server. I re-ran it with just the MS-300 and that eliminated the issue.

Hi Jeff,

Only experienced this phenomenon once. Was told to SHUTDOWN/POWER DOWN C15+Twinstore. Then RE-BOOT. Everything turns right and no more issue since. NO doubling in iPad, iPhone or Mac.

Seriously, I did not know what I did wrong BUT for sure, I did not "accidentally" hit anything in the SETTINGS tab.

Try this and if problem persist, give Meridian support a call. They should be able to resolve this.

Sorry I could not help much but hope this little experience helps.

Cheers!

Hey Jeff,
This happens when the TwinStore loses it's network connection or is rebooted while the C15 stays up. Boot the C15 and you'll return to one instance per album. This is a repeatable event, meaning that if you bounce your TwinStore multiple times, you'll end up with multiple 'copies' in your Control PC or Mac.

If anything appears weird with your Sooloos system always reboot the entire system before you panic....all will be well.

Not panicing, just curious. However a full reboot, Twinstores first, Control 15 second and then Control Mac got things back to normal...

Thanks for the help guys!

Now where's that button to pass music straight through without upsampling?
