yes, very much on my mind and the fact that Rossini is 5 years old weighted on my mind... That said, it's still quite a bit upgradable in terms of digital formats that might come up (witness what they did for MQA).. and the sound is so good, that if it gets better with newer tech down the line, it's unlikely going to be enough to nudge me into losing 50% and spending another 50% to gain 1% improvement. Catch my drift?

Over the 30 years I've heard it so many times yet witnessed quite the opposite each and every time. But I am starting to see your strategy here.
