What was I Thinking?
A few years ago Ivan offered me a deal on a new JL Audio Fathom F113v2. It would have been my second and at the time I was thinking “I don’t need no second sub”. Boy was I stupid.
I just setup and integrated a second Fathom into my system at a considerable increase in cost and have to say, it has done amazing things to my room. Not only is the bass more accurate, my sound stage has opened up even more. How a sub aids the sound stage I may never understand but wow!, it’s amazing. The Strads are plugged in the rear and crossover is set at 60Hz. The pic shows the new one on the left waiting for its SoundAnchor stand to arrive and further refine the sound but OMG. I will be up late tonight.
