Default B&W Nautilus 800

I'm new and unsure if linking is against the rules. Would someone check these speakers at TMRaudio and let me know if this is good deal? They are almost right down the street from me and I'm am seriously considering getting them.

I need to decide soon before someone beats me. Would I be good to snag them or wait for one of the newer models although then the price is going to be higher. At this price these are quite a stretch for me already.

Thanks, My wife said "no" before I could even finish the sentence. Unless a miracle I might have to hold off for now. They sure look nice.
