Brennan Fine Art
Here's the link to my wife's website.
Brennan Fine Art She's a sculptor and a painter. I maintain the site. It's a no thrills design. I wanted to provide clean, multiple view, in-depth imagery of the artwork particularly given the 3D format of sculpture. I have not yet added her paintings to the site. I do have some of them photographed and stored on the hard drive. As someone who requires a ruler to draw a line, it has been an amazing experience to watch these sculptures created. A typical sculpture will take somewhere in the area of three months from its inception to completion. It'll begin as a collection of pencil sketches, morph into a fairly stable drawing, and then take form as a small maquette in modeling clay. From that point, Kathleen will build an armature with wood and wire, and the larger size study is begun. At any given time, a visit into the studio will find two or three sculptures in process [at varying stages of completion], and there will be one large painting in process as well. We built a nice studio off the barn years ago that accomodates both sculpting and painting [as well as photography for the website imagery]. Sincerely, 2-Channel |
