How good can a clock be?

Whilst these vanishingly small numbers seem crazy, I can say that when I heard the MSB Platinum IV Signature without the Galaxy clock I thought it was a very good DAC, but massively over priced. When I then heard the same DAC with the Galaxy clock installed, I bought it.

I have also listened extensively to the Analog DAC, which also features the femtosecond clock tech that MSB are using, albeit at a lower level of performance than the Galaxy clock. It shared the same ease of performance, natural timbre of instruments with correct harmonic decays, which also contribute to a proper soundstage. Whilst it lacked the immense detail of the Platinum DAC, I preferred it to the older version of the Platinum which had the "non-Femto" clock.

So I can understand why MSB have now introduced these Plus versions with a 140FS clock. Given their pricing, and the way digital moves forward, would have thought they could have done this without increasing their already huge prices, at list anyway.

that's funny.... The more precisely time is observed, the less certain maybe the outcome!

Sorry to digress, but a new concept of time theorised on the documentary series "Through the Wormhole with Morgan Freeman - Ep. Will Eternity End?" Is an interesting watch! It discusses the idea that time is a projection rather than a dimension whereby the future travels backwards to shape the present.
