Default Krell FPB 350 Mc runs hot. Very hot.

Krell FPB 350 Mc runs hot. Very hot. Sometimes like boiling water temperature.
But it sounds ok.
My right mono gets a lot hotter than my left one. The processor is new, everything is calibrated to the right Bias-stages and.

The Krell-service i Sweden can't find this out. They have tried 3 times to find it all out. Often it works well for some days and the both monos are alike, but the right mono starts every time I play to be very hot compared to my left mono.

Any Krell fan out there that can help me?

Not jet. Do they know old Krell? Is it not a new company with the name Krell? When I talk to the knew Krell importer in Sweden they do not know anything about Hi-End audio. Unfortunately home cinema is their peak knowledge. HiFi is not what they know well. The former importer in Scandinavia was very good though.
But your are right. I should go directly to Krell, not through the Swedish importer.
Thank you!

The problem is solved. They fond that a contact to one of the boards was defekt. That led to problems with the bias. It was not mounted in the right way so the connection was a bit fragile. New contacts... and now everything works fine.
