Wow, I always imagined they were a larger company than the staff numbers he mentions. It's nice to see they're looking at sourcing everything in America too. Cool piece, thanks for posting!

Good video clip. I just bought a Classic 2, so that was very interesting to watch. I would have thought that they employed more people as well, but the small staff probably helps with QC.

I feel that VPI, in order to make money in investors eyes, has to outsource to inexpensive parts and labor.

Still, as a niche company that makes my favorite turntable, VPI Classic, I wish them the best in their continued dedication to Vinyl enthusiasts.

Best,
Bill

Since when does VPI have investors?

The outsourced labor consists mainly of using ex-government machine shops for building product.

The main thing they buy overseas is the arm lifter from Japan.

Cool. I'd buy VPI products if they were outsourced to Mars. I think you are anxious about this topic and really Its a good thing to see such company get coverage on Bloomberg. fair enough?

Thanks for the link. I thought it was a fairly civil interview, and enjoyed seeing the next generation of ownership so positively engaged in the company.

Regards,
Jim
