Default Who likes to read good old books?

...and which is your best book?...i cant decide between "Bhagavad-Gita" and W.S. Burroughs "Junky" ...i like to put some background jazz on my TT and light a few nice buds while reading ...i guess alot of people cant manage to read books these days becuz lack of time but i think its mandatory to read atleast few books a year...there is so much masterpieces out there its shame not to read atleast some of them...while music is my first and biggest love i really appreciate a good book...whats yours opinion?

I have enough to read with all my journals.

No desire or time to read fiction.

If I'm relaxing my mind, I would much rather listen to music.

I love me books. Prefer Non-Fiction to Fiction, but a good 'ol Fiction is ok from time to time. I bought a Kindle since it first came out. It has helped a lot to reunite me with my reading passion. It's very hard to mention a particular book. But one that I seem to go back to over and over is Guns, Germs and Steel by Jared Diamond. Won a Pulitzer I believe. I also love Aztec - by Garry Jennings. Highly Recommended. It's a wonderful story about a Aztec citizen, and while enjoying his entertaining story, one inevitably learns the wonderful history of the Aztec civilizations, their culture, their laws, way of living etc. Very interesting.
For dog lovers, I recommend The Art of Driving in The Rain by Garth Stein. Great book.

I love to read as well. Cannot immediately pick a best book. I was, however, pretty impressed with Guns, Germs and Steel.
