The carpet/mat is probably a good idea - you can even line the underneath of it with that other material you have.

You could also probably grab a couple more bags'o'buckshot and put it in a bowl, then sit the bowls on top of the sub cabinet(s). Those subs are little firecrackers.

I was thinking about doing something like this.

I was hoping I would get a package in the mail today with all the thread converters.

Oh well, I will just have to make do. Let um walk for another day or two.

One step at a time for me, I just purchased my first WW speaker cables. While I wait for those to come in the mail. I am fascinated by the Stillpoint discussion. I have read a bit about them but I still do not understand them just yet. Can you someone dumb it down enough for me to understand their value? Apparently, a lot of you find them remarkable and I want to know if I would too!
