There's quite a bit of great BBQ down here in Texas. Specifically in the central Texas area we are within an hour drive in all directions of phenomenal spots! I must say Lockhart, TX has the goods...

 I don't think BBQ Restaurants are as popular out here in California. I haven't seen many. I don't crave it. We do BBQ in the backyard quite a bit, but i ask that the sauce be left off my food.
