Thanks
I love the rotisserie. The rod is heavy duty and the IR burner works well.As far as the grill goes the temp can get up to 750 f . Each burner wts 35lb and has lifetime warranty. The cooking grates are 1/2 thick stainless steel and can sear steaks with ease. I post a pic tomorrow. What size are you looking at? Also you cannot use the standard grill bottle

I am looking maybe at the 750, which is 3 burners. Free standing. Maybe a wok burner as a side attachment. I want to cover the bases from slow to screaming hot. Do you ever use the charcoal/wood and the gas at the same time?

So my understanding is you can use charcoal while the grill is using LP/NG. This allows for an even hotter temperature. Plus, you can use zone cooking. Charoal/gas on right and middle and left burners off. Seems intriguing using smoke from the charcoal while using different zones and heat control.

If you haven't gone down the sous vide rabbit hole, you may want to explore this as well. I did my Thanksgiving dinner confit using sous vide then finishing on the grill It was amazing.
