Sure ! Get the slab meat side down ,wiggle a butter knife or table knife between the end bone and the silver skin , lift the skin off the bone and grab it with a paper towel then slowly pull the membrane off . don't jerk it as it will rip halfway up the rib .

Less is more when it comes to dry rub on ribs too much and the get cakey .

oops ! I forgot to add that I give them a light rub of apple cider vinegar before I apply the rub !

These folks make a very good rub and an even better sauce. They both have a little heat, maybe more than children would like. You be the judge.
